Do sessions roll over?
A: No. Sessions do not roll over.
REEWORK ME operates on structured programming cycles designed to protect your consistency and results.
Planned travel can be adjusted in advance. True emergencies are reviewed case-by-case.
Are kids welcome?
A: Absolutely.
If you need to bring your child, they are welcome during your scheduled coaching session only. We know real life happens, and childcare isn't always available.
Children must stay in the reception seating area and be respectful of the space. For safety reasons, children are not permitted during Open Gym hours.
Do I pay separately for the gym?
A: No. It's all included.
Our tiers are structured, all-inclusive packages — not separate disjointed memberships.
Coaching and facility access are bundled together based entirely on the tier you select.
Is this bootcamp or PT?
A: Semi-Private Coaching.
This is not a drop-in bootcamp. You get:

- • Small group format
- • Individual progress tracking
- • Coach-led accountability

What is Open Gym?
A: Independent Training Time.
Open Gym is your time to train independently inside our structured, semi-private facility.
It allows you to put in the work outside of your scheduled, coached sessions during designated hours.

REECOVERY™ Questions
Is Reecovery included?
A: It is a Premium Add-on.
Sessions must be booked in advance so recovery can be structured around your specific needs. The room is reserved for you — or you and one partner — during your session.
The Standard:
No overcrowding. No noise. Intentional recovery. Mental health and physical healing require space.
Do members get discounts?
A: Yes. Preferred Pricing.
Active members receive preferred pricing on all REECOVERY™ sessions and packages.
REEBORN members automatically receive 1 complimentary session per month as part of their tier.
